Beekeeping
A first hive from the ground up — bee biology, seasonal inspections, mites and pests, and the honey harvest at the end.
Beekeeping is taught in grade 9 through grade 12. Each year below is a complete course in its own right, with its own units, its own quizzes, and its own downloads.
This is a self-paced elective. It sits outside the daily schedule, so a family can take it over a summer, stretch it across a year, or skip it without unsettling anything else.
