- This curriculum is not certified or accredited by anyone, and using it does not automatically satisfy any legal homeschool requirement.
- Content is explicitly Christian, conservative, and King James Version-based — see the section below.

Agreement to These Terms
Welcome. These Terms of Use, along with our License, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, form the whole agreement between you and Christian HS LLC ("we," "us," or "the site owner") for your use of this website and any curriculum you download from it.
By browsing this website or downloading any file from it, you agree to all four documents. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or download the curriculum.
If you are downloading on behalf of a homeschool co-op, church group, or other organization, you are confirming that you have the authority to agree to these terms for that group, and that everyone who uses the material there will follow them too.
What This Website Is
Free Christian Curriculum is a free website where parents can browse and download a Christian home-education curriculum, organized by grade and subject, from kindergarten through grade 12, plus free courses for grown-ups. The website itself is supported by advertising and affiliate links (see our Privacy Policy) so that the curriculum can stay free. The downloaded files themselves never carry ads, affiliate links, or tracking of any kind — see our License for what you receive.
This Curriculum Is Explicitly Christian
Free Christian Curriculum is exactly what it sounds like. It is written from a conservative Christian worldview and uses the King James Version of the Bible throughout. Faith is not an add-on — Scripture and a Christian view of history, science, and the world run through every subject, not only the Bible lessons.
We would rather tell you this plainly, up front, than have a family discover it partway through a lesson. Please look over the material yourself and decide what is right for your family.
Provided As Is, With No Warranty
This website and this curriculum are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of any kind, whether stated outright or implied by law. We do not promise that the material is complete, error-free, up to date, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. We work hard to make it accurate and useful, and we fix mistakes when we learn about them, but we cannot promise perfection.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that your child will test at any particular grade level, pass any exam, meet any state benchmark, or be accepted into any college, university, or scholarship program as a result of using this curriculum. A child's educational outcome depends on many things outside our control — the individual child, how the material is taught, how much time is spent on it, and circumstances specific to your family.
You Are Responsible for Your Child's Education
You, the parent or legal guardian, are solely responsible for your child's education, including deciding what to teach, how to teach it, how to grade it, and whether this curriculum is a good fit for your child at all. We provide the material; we do not supervise, evaluate, or take responsibility for how it is used in your home.
Physical Activities, Experiments, and Outdoor Lessons
Some lessons include physical education activities, hands-on science experiments, or gardening and other outdoor work. These carry real risk of injury — anything from a scraped knee to something more serious — especially where tools, heat, chemicals, cooking, water, or the outdoors are involved.
By using this curriculum, the supervising parent or guardian agrees to:
- Personally review each activity before a child attempts it,
- Decide whether it is safe and age-appropriate for that child, your home, and your yard,
- Directly supervise any activity involving tools, heat, chemicals, cooking, water, animals, or the outdoors, and
- Stop or change any activity that seems unsafe, regardless of what the lesson says.
We do not supervise your child during any activity. You do.
Not Medical, Legal, Psychological, or Professional Educational Advice
Nothing on this website or in this curriculum is medical, legal, psychological, or individualized professional educational advice for your specific child. If your child has a learning difference, disability, medical condition, or other need that calls for specialized guidance, please talk to a qualified doctor, therapist, attorney, or licensed educational professional. Nothing here is meant to replace that advice.
Homeschool Laws Are Your Responsibility — Please Read This Part Carefully
This is the single most practical thing in this whole document, so we are saying it plainly and up front:
- Homeschool laws vary enormously by state, province, and country. Depending on where you live, you may be required to file a notice of intent, administer standardized tests, keep a portfolio of your child's work, teach specific subjects for a minimum number of hours, or meet other rules we have no way of knowing.
- This curriculum is not certified, accredited, or approved by any state department of education, school district, umbrella school, or accrediting body, anywhere.
- Using this curriculum does not, by itself, satisfy any legal requirement to homeschool in your state, province, or country. We make no claim that it does.
- You alone are responsible for finding out what your own jurisdiction requires and for meeting those requirements. A good place to start is your state's department of education, a local homeschool association, or an attorney who handles education law where you live.
The offline classroom edition includes a gradebook, attendance tracker, report card, and certificate of completion, which many families find useful for keeping their own records. We built those as a convenience — we do not promise that they satisfy any particular state's record-keeping requirement, and you should confirm that for yourself.
License, in Brief
This curriculum is free for your household, your co-op, or your church group to use and print, but it is not free to resell, rebrand, or redistribute commercially, and any third-party photo credits inside a download must stay attached to the photo. The full terms are in our License, which is part of this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Christian HS LLC and its owners, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim of any kind arising from your use of this website or this curriculum — including, without limitation, physical injury during a lesson or activity, educational shortfalls, homeschool compliance problems, or technical issues with a downloaded file. This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and even if we were told such damages were possible.
Some states and countries do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits any right that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Christian HS LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the website or curriculum, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any right belonging to someone else, to the extent the law allows.
Third-Party Links, Ads, and Purchases
Website pages (not the downloaded files) may show advertising and Amazon affiliate links, for example on our supply lists. We do not control the sites those links lead to and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or availability. Purchases you make through a third-party link are a transaction between you and that seller, not with us. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and affiliate cookies work on this site.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to clarify a section or reflect a new feature. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and the terms version number at the top of this page. If you previously agreed to an older version through the download checkbox, your browser may ask you to agree again before your next download, because the version number will no longer match.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Christian HS LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
