1. Free Service

All curriculum, lessons, games, tracking tools, and other content on freechristianhs.com are provided completely free of charge. We do not sell anything, charge tuition, or require any payment to access the curriculum.

2. Christian Worldview

This curriculum is written from a conservative, evangelical Christian perspective and uses the King James Version of the Bible. Topics include creation, biblical history, prayer, and Christian application across subjects. We do not teach evolution or sex education. Parents should review content to confirm it aligns with their family's convictions before assigning it.

3. Parental Responsibility

You, the parent or guardian, are the primary teacher and the final authority on your children's education. You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing what your children study and at what pace.
• Supervising your children's use of this site, including the arcade and any messages.
• Verifying that the curriculum meets the homeschool laws of your state or country.
• Keeping your own backups of grades, attendance, and any work you wish to preserve.
• Maintaining a safe learning environment for your family.

6. Children's Privacy

Student accounts are created and managed by the parent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents control all student data and may delete it at any time from the parent dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share parent or student data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data & Backups

Your grades, attendance, and student records are stored on our server. We do our best to keep the site running, but we cannot guarantee continuous uptime or that data will never be lost. Please download your own backups regularly from the Backup page in your parent dashboard.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, harmful, or harassing.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• Use messages or any other input field to send abusive, obscene, or illegal content.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the curriculum without permission.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

We may change, add, remove, or pause lessons, features, games, or this site itself at any time without notice. We will try to give advance warning of major changes when we can.
